Artist's Description

Reflections from the Fulton Harbor Bait Stand almost give the impression that this Brown Pelican is swimming in fluorescent yellow waters. Always something interesting to watch/see at the Fulton Harbor Marina. Captured 2/22/20 in Fulton, Texas.
